About me

Mechanical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University (Class Honors, GPAX 3.40) who crossed into ERP consulting, bringing analytical rigour from engineering into business process design and system implementation.

I work as the sole Implementation Consultant at LearnBalance Group on XeerSoft Cloud ERP, owning the full implementation cycle from configuration, master data setup, integration testing, UAT facilitation, Go-live cutover, and BAU support. As part of the role I also serve as the embedded Business Analyst, gathering requirements, authoring Functional Specs (FSD), Use Cases, and User Stories for the remote development team. Single point of contact for ~200 users across 3 branches and 5 integrated modules: Inventory & Procurement (P2P), Financial Accounting (AR/AP/GL), Web POS & Pricing, CRM & Loyalty, and HR & Payroll.

Prior hands-on exposure to SAP in a live automotive manufacturing environment at Mitsubishi Motors Thailand, where I operated SAP as an end-user for procurement and asset management of my FPDU Assist Device engineering project, which won the Best Achievement Award from the full intern cohort.

That SAP track is now my current chapter: I am an SAP Functional Consultant (FI/CO) at Accenture, working with the delivery team on a SAP S/4HANA programme for one of Thailand's largest national energy enterprises — configuring the Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) modules on a foundation of hands-on MM / procurement experience — while completing my S/4HANA FI/CO certifications (C_TS4FI · C_TS4CO). I am now also stepping into a Business Architecture Analyst role at Accenture — building depth in BIZBOK / TOGAF capability mapping, value streams and operating-model design, the discipline that decides which capabilities matter and how they are organised: a natural step up from implementation.

An Implementation Consultant is the builder of business systems: turning requirements into working software through configuration, testing, and disciplined cutover.

Waterfall + Iterative

Projects on XeerSoft followed a hybrid model: Waterfall for upfront discovery and FSD authoring, then iterative UAT cycles with weekly Dev builds. Each project averaged 5 build cycles before Go-Live.

Sprint-like Cadence

Dev team delivered weekly builds. I tested 1–3 days per build (depending on complexity), met 2× per week for review and defect triage, functionally identical to Agile Sprint cadence with shorter cycles.

Every project starts with a written FSD before code. ERDs map data relationships. UAT test cases trace back to FSD requirements. No code is built without a signed-off spec.

Newton Sixth Form Boarding School (under Learn Balance Group) is where these XeerSoft ERP projects came to life: a 200-staff, 3-branch organisation running integrated Procurement, Finance, CRM, and HR modules on a single cloud ERP platform.

As the sole on-site Implementation Consultant, I'm the bridge between business operations and the remote XeerSoft development team, gathering requirements in walkthroughs, authoring FSDs, configuring modules, leading UAT cycles, and supporting daily users from accounting to admissions.

LiDAR-based Autonomous Driving via Deep Reinforcement Learning

Implemented a complete Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) agent in Python 3 + TensorFlow 2.x, trained over 5,000 episodes in the CARLA Simulator. Two tasks: (1) smooth steering with path-following and (2) adaptive cruise control with 2-second safe-following distance. Designed 7-dim and 4-dim state spaces, custom reward functions with jerk-penalty for smoothness, and modular 5-file codebase.

MUVMI Regen-Brake Software & Ergonomics Hardware Integration

I led a 5-person team for MUVMI (electric tuk-tuk ride-sharing) across two tracks. On the software / control side I co-owned a new regenerative-brake system: an analog angular-position sensor and speed-banded regen logic, tested live on the vehicle at I'm Park, recovering up to +220% braking energy. On the hardware side I also worked hands-on with the team on the driver-ergonomics build (brake lever, rest pedal, sensor mount) and integrated it into the combined deliverable, though my teammates led that design. As team lead I owned the weekly submission and consolidated all Functional Specs for MUVMI, working directly with the company's CEO and senior engineers, all for a 660 ฿ bill of materials. Voted Top 3 of 16+ Mechanical Engineering Design projects across all groups (cohort 101).
