METHODOLOGY REFERENCE
A process reference I authored, mapping the three standard end-to-end cycles to SAP T-codes, roles and KPIs, with each cycle tied to a system I actually delivered on XeerSoft. It shows how I decompose and reason about process — not a claim of a configured SAP production landscape.

Business Process Master List

Before any config, a functional consultant maps the business processes the system has to run. This is a Business Process Master List (BPML) for the three end-to-end cycles every ERP turns on — Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay — decomposed from the cycle (L1) down to the individual process (L3), each mapped to its T-codes, owning role, SAP module and a KPI. Switch cycles, filter by module, and open a group to see the detail. Every cycle links to the system where I delivered the equivalent flow.

ABOUT THIS PROCESS MAP

This BPML is a methodology reference I authored. The three cycles and their process decomposition are the standard way SAP structures a finance/logistics landscape; the T-codes, roles and modules are the genuine mechanism. Each cycle is tied to a system where I delivered the equivalent end-to-end flow on XeerSoft Cloud ERP — the process thinking is real, the SAP framing is how I’d carry it onto an SAP project.
